We are a Not For Profit group comprised of passionate local small businesses

  • Our main goal is to increase foot-traffic in the area. I.e. More people through businesses doors.

  • We also advocate strongly for Darlinghurst and Eastside Sydney, especially on issues that our members have brought to our attention.

How are we working on increasing the number of visitors to the area?

  • Marketing Eastside Sydney. We work with the Surry Hills and Potts Point Chanbers of Commerce, under a City of Sydney business support grant. This is a Destination Marketing Strategy to promote Sydney's fine-grain culture - as opposed to the harbour bridge and ‘iconic’ cbd events.

  • We Promote Eastside Sydney as an experienced-based destination. We also produce 3 local events per year (as well as supporting many other, smaller events) to keep that calendar of creative juices flowing and cascading into all areas of the community.

  • Advocacy at muiltiple levels of government and with institutional stakeholders. We engage constantly to represent the things that matter to our community.
